About Deep Well
Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
There are many kinds of wells. Sometimes water can be found near the surface. But, a deep well is one that accesses water stored much further underground. It taps into a source created by the slow seep of rain from the surface. As the water soaks into the soil, contaminants are filtered out and an underground reservoir of life-giving water is stored.
This is the source we want to access at DeepWell Sustainable Leadership. Strength and wisdom that come from our deepest center. Truths that have seeped into our cells that we can draw upon when needed. True selves discovered as we’ve passed through seasons of refinement.
But reservoirs need to be replenished. So, we also do the work of being sustainable…
Hi, I’m Kelli.
I’m an author, a pioneer at heart, a lifelong advocate for women, and someone who will always say yes to travel.
’m a mom to three adult kids and a daughter in law, and a grandma to one. These roles continue to stretch me, teach me, and fill me with more joy than I ever imagined. I’m also a wife to Richard, my true companion on this journey of life.
We live in Santa Cruz, California with our dog, Max. You’ll often find us out on long walks, enjoying local wines, and soaking up the beauty and creativity of our coastal community.
At the core of my work is a deep passion for catalyzing growth in others.
I love creating space for honest, life-giving conversations and for the kind of transformation that happens when we learn to live and lead from inner strength, grounded in compassion and a clear sense of who we are.
My journey has been anything but one dimensional. I’ve spent over 20 years in leadership development in the corporate world and more than 30 years serving in nonprofit leadership across the globe. Along the way, I’ve taught yoga, fallen in love with paddle boarding, and secretly wished I could be a backup singer. Just not for a country band.
